Officers have the ability to create two types of user certificates: soft tokens and hard tokens. These certificates are given to users for a specific period of time as defined in their user certificate profile. It is worth noting that only users with the Officer role will be able to access all the features detailed in this section

After logging in, the officer will be automatically directed to the Dashboard page. You can refer to the image below for reference.
