# Deactivate user

Click on the De-active icon in the Actions column of each admin record. The user will be displayed an alert window.

Click on the Yes button, which displays another popup asking to authenticate. Refer to the below image.

Enter your email ID and token PIN.

Click on the Deactivate button which successfully deactivates the user.
