# Manual Backup On Remote Server

Officer can take back up in the remote server by selecting mode as “Manual” and Backup location as Remote server.

On the Dashboard page, click on Back up tab displays below page.

By default Manual will be selected.

Select Data to Backup.

By default backup location will be local server. Select “Remote location” radio button.

Enter IP address, path (only folder name), Username, Password of the system where you want to create backup.

Note: System should not be shut down during backup process.

Click on “Test connection”, if all the credentials entered are valid, connection will be successful as shown below

Operator should sign and authenticate with token plugged in to the system, select user name and enter valid token Pin.

Backup will be stored in path specified in Zip format. Extract the zip file to check the backup files.
